The fastest Maserati Levante storms the SUV segment
A powerful Twin Turbo V8 on a finely tuned chassis combined with an elegantly restyled, carbon finished exterior and an exclusive interior. The interior wrapped in “Pieno Fiore” full-grain natural leather, bring the Levante Trofeo on top of its class in terms of performance, road handling and GranTurismo pedigree.
Levante Trofeo on top
Two years after the official launch of the Levante SUV, Maserati presents its new top of the range version.
It is the Trofeo, the first Levante built around a V8 engine and one of the fastest SUVs ever built, boasting a top speed well over 300 km/h (187 mph).

Thanks to its remarkable weight/power ratio of 3,6 kg/hp (8.1 lb./hp).
The Levante Trofeo needs only 3.9 seconds to reach 100 km/h (0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds).
34.5 metres (113 feet) of braking distance before coming to a complete stop. These two figures fairly describe a super car disguised in a high-end SUV form.
The Powerful Levante
The Levante Trofeo is equipped with one of the most powerful engines ever fitted in a Maserati. In the 104-year history of the Trident, only the race-bred, limited series MC12 boasted a higher output engine, an aspirated 630hp V12.

No compromise with comfort & safety
The chassis of the fastest Levante ever has been meticulously tuned to handle the higher power output, providing an exhilarating driving experience with no compromise in terms of long distance comfort and active safety.
The Integrated Vehicle Control (IVC) system has been incorporated for the first time in a Levante for impressive driving dynamics, better performanceand genuine Maserati driving pleasure.
The Levante Trofeo is definitely the purest expression of the GranTurismo philosophy in the SUV segment.
The unmistakable Levante design has reached new levels of sportiness in this top of the line. The elegant restyling was mainly focused on the lower front fascia and the rear bumper and is underlined by carbon fibre design cues.
Its 22-inch forged aluminium “Orione” wheels – the largest ever fitted on a Maserati. The Trofeo is the first Levante model equipped with Full Matrix LED headlights.
Beautiful Interior brings you in heaven

The natural tanning treatmentof the “Pieno Fiore” leather ensures itdevelops its own characteristics and a uniquely personal character over time.
The development of a V8 Levante started as a skunkworks project by the Maserati technical centre in Modena, well before the official launch of the SUV model in 2016.
Without informingthe headquarters in Viale Ciro Menotti 322, the engineers built a V8 prototype intended to test the performance limits of the Levante platform.
That unbranded V8 “mule” prototypewas an inspiration for the top management toproceed with the development of a super Levante built around a Twin Turbo V8 engine.
The high performance targets
The development phase officially commenced in summer 2016,following the World Premiere of the Maserati of SUVs. The engineers were given a challenging time frame.
They were immediately focused, in association with their counterparts in Ferrari, on mating the V8 engine with the Q4 Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system.
Reaching the high performance targets of the project. The fine tuning of suspension and electronics and the inclusion of the Integrated Vehicle Control (IVC)in the ESP management were the next steps in the Trofeo’s development phase.
In May 2017, Maserati engineers and testers were sent around the world to test the firstV8 “mule” prototypesin diverseroad and extreme weather conditions, ranging from the proving grounds of Balocco, Nardòand Barcelona to the twisty, desert or icy roads ofSierra Nevada, South Africa, Arizona and Lapland.
The long-term testing activities covered extreme environments and climates ranging from -35°C to well over 40°C (-31°F – 104°F).
The Levante Trofeo made its World Premiere at the 2018 New York International Auto Show and is manufactured at the refurbished plant of Mirafiori (Turin), Italy.
Maserati made waves in New York introducing the limited series Trofeo Launch Edition that was exclusively intended for a small number of Maserati enthusiasts in the USA and Canada. The Trofeo LE was not only the fastest Levante, ever but also the most desirable.
